Organic is designed to build momentum over time (typically weeks to months). Supercharge can generate visibility sooner once Local Ads are approved and live, while Organic continues compounding in the background.

Both plans include the Local Leads Foundation (reviews engine, automated GBP posting + competitor monitoring, call tracking and reporting). Supercharge adds Local Ads launch and management (where eligible) plus a monthly 30-minute performance call, which is designed to generate enquiries faster.

You can expect:

• A clear onboarding process with agreed deliverables and timelines

• Transparent reporting based on tracked calls and enquiries

• A system designed to compound over time (Organic), with an option to accelerate results using Ads (Supercharge)

To get the best results, you’ll need to:

• Be able to answer calls and handle enquiries promptly

• Have capacity to take on new work

• Provide basic inputs during onboarding (services, service areas, photos where possible)

• Ask your clients for feedback, on each and every job

• Take photos of your jobs and your team on the tools, and easily upload them to our system

Organic plan

• Initial term: 6 months

• Upgrade: You can upgrade to Supercharge at any time

• Renewal: Rolls month-to-month after the initial term

• Cancellation at end of term: You can cancel at the end of the initial term by giving at least 1 calendar month’s notice before the end of month 6 (i.e., notice must be received by the last day of month 5)

Supercharge plan

• Initial term: 12 months

• Renewal: Rolls month-to-month after the initial term

• Downgrade or cancellation at end of term: You can downgrade to Organic or cancel at the end of the initial term by giving at least 1 calendar month’s notice before the end of month 12 (i.e., notice must be received by the last day of month 11)

Not always. Local Ads are only available for certain service categories and locations. On your intro call, we’ll confirm whether your trade is eligible and what the verification process involves. If they’re not available for your trade and location, or you’d prefer not to invest in advertising, our Organic plan would still be suitable.

Ad spend is not included. You pay Google directly for Local Services Ads. We’ll recommend a sensible starting budget during onboarding based on your trade and service area.

If we don’t complete every agreed setup item (tracking, reviews engine, GBP foundation, and - on Supercharge - ads launch where eligible) within 10 working days of your onboarding call, we’ll keep working for free until it’s done. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

From the first full calendar month after your Local Services Ads are approved and live, if we don’t generate at least 10 qualified calls per month for 2 consecutive full calendar months, we’ll only charge you the Organic monthly fee until we hit the target.

Definition: “Qualified call”

A qualified call is a call that:

• Is captured in our call tracking system

• Is from a new prospective customer

• Is for an included service and within your agreed service area

Qualified calls exclude:

• Spam/robocalls and wrong numbers

• Existing customers

• Supplier/recruiter calls

• Calls outside your service area or for irrelevant services

This guarantee assumes:

• The tracking number is used as the primary contact number on your Google Business Profile (and anywhere else we direct traffic)

• You answer calls during agreed hours (or have a working voicemail/callback process)

• You maintain an agreed minimum budget (set during onboarding) once ads are live

• You complete Google verification steps promptly (where required)

A qualified call is a call captured in our call tracking system that is from a new prospective customer, for an included service, and within your agreed service area. We exclude spam/wrong numbers, existing customers, suppliers/recruiters, and out-of-area/irrelevant enquiries.

We offer limited local capacity by trade and area - ask on the call and we’ll confirm availability.

Local ads performance isn’t just “turn it on and it prints calls”. It often takes time to:

• get verified/approved (can be quick, can be slow)

• accumulate enough data to optimise lead quality

• iterate budget/service mix

• work through disputes and refine targeting

12 months aligns better with the reality that:

• month 1–2 is often setup + stabilisation,

• months 3–6 is optimisation,

• months 6–12 is where you compound and scale.
